Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the mobile applications, tools, and services provided by Lumaya Media LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Use License & Prohibited Conduct

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our applications for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with Apple and Google platform terms. You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the applications.
• Use the service to process, upload, or create illegal, infringing, defamatory, or abusive content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or security of our networks or servers.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription or in-app purchase:

• Billing is managed entirely through Apple App Store or Google Play Console in accordance with their respective purchase agreements.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time within your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Refund requests are governed and processed according to Apple's and Google's standard refund policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, visual interfaces, designs, software, trademarks, and logos associated with our applications are the exclusive intellectual property of Lumaya Media LLC or its licensors.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The applications and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that service operations will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumaya Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York / New Jersey (as applicable), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
